Wer wir sind
Wie kam es zur Gründung eines Inklusionscafés?
Begonnen mit der Gründung einer gemeinnützigen GmbH konnten wir in den vergangen Jahren einiges erreichen. So eröffneten wir, ein junges Team mit viel Elan und Tatendrang, 2022 ein inklusives Café in der Würzburger Innenstadt. Seit der Eröffnung ist unser Team immer weiter gewachsenen und wir sind stolz auf die Vielfalt und Diversität, die durch die Zusammenarbeit jeden Tag in die Gesellschaft getragen werden können.
Insgesamt arbeiten im Café Senza Limiti über 20 Menschen mit den verschiedenesten Hintergründen. Studierende der unterschiedlichsten Fachbereiche, Menschen mit Behinderung und Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund … Alle verbindet die Liebe zum Kaffee und die Überzeugung, dass Inklusion und Barrierefreiheit wichtige Aspekte unsere Gesellschaft sind.
Was uns antreibt? Wir möchten mit unserem Konzept eine Vorbildfunktion einnehmen und uns ständig weiterentwickeln.
Was uns auszeichnet? Wir sind weltoffen, bunt und herzlich.
Kurzum: Wir sind das Senza Limiti – Grenzenlos!
